After Michael attempts to cover up the murder by disposing of his son’s automobile, another young guy called Kofi is blamed for the hit-and-run. Carlo, the victim’s brother, kills Kofi in prison while he is already there for an unrelated offence. On the outside, Baxter’s goons firebomb Kofi’s house, killing his mother and leaving Kofi’s brother Eugene with an unbreakable need for vengeance. As this all plays out, Michael’s kid develops a romantic relationship with Jimmy Baxter’s daughter, Fia, the sister of the guy he murdered.
