Stay Close Netflix Review

The story follows three people living a comfortable life, each hiding dark secrets that even those closest to them would never suspect. Megan, a working mother of three; Ray, the once up-and-coming documentary photographer, is now stuck in a dead end to please celebrity-obsessed rich kids, and Broome, a detective who is unable to abandon a filed missing person case. Lorraine, an old friend from Megan’s past, brings some shocking news that will affect all three characters. As the past comes back to haunt them, threatening to ruin their lives and the lives of those around them.

Megan gets home after a night out and finds a card on her doorstep addressed to Cassie. Cassie is Megan’s old name. When Megan meets the card sender, the person tells Megan that “Everybody’s findable these days”.

Lorraine is one of the people left behind when Cassie (Megan) fled her old life. Lorraine warns Megan that Stewart, the person who is the reason she wished to flee from her old life, is back.

Megan finds it hard to believe as Stewart is dead according to her knowledge. It’s possible her certainty has something to do with the flashbacks she keeps having to a slashed and bloody presumed-corpse. Before Lorraine departs, she gives Megan / Cassie the plastic engagement ring pledged by a man whose heart she broke by leaving.

Ray Levine is mugged for his camera. Ray Levine has uploaded his latest pictures to the cloud. He turns out to have inadvertently captured images of what might be Carlton’s (Connor Calland) final moments in the local woods.
