The Tinder Swindler is an interesting documentary and the aim of the documentary is to expose the character of Simon Laviv, whose real name is Shimon Hayut.
Simon, young Israeli fraudster, deludes a girl that he is a diamond dealer who owns billions and tells her about the danger of this trade and that he has many enemies. After seducing and persuading her, he begins to delude her and other girls that he is in danger and that he is unable to use his own money for security reasons, he begins to borrow from them, to protect him from danger at this stage, promising to pay off the debt as soon as possible. In a professional scam, they don’t discover it until it’s too late.
