The Undeclared War Season 2 ending explained
Full spoilers: Barbara is the GCHQ mole. Nicky Chan blackmailed her after she deleted a file identifying him as a Chinese Communist Party agent. To protect Danny’s career from the consequences of her earlier decision, Barbara used Phil’s computer to obtain the MAC address of a malware sandbox. That access helped the attackers reach GCHQ while Phil and later Calvin drew suspicion.
