Charlotte Jones, the Dallas Cowboys’ chief brand officer and daughter of club owner Jerry Jones, told Netflix cameras that the cheerleaders “don’t come here for money.”
“They are passionate about dance. “There aren’t many opportunities in the dance world to perform at an elite level,” she explained. “It is about being part of something bigger than themselves.”
