A girl from Beverly Hills named Molly Gallant (Molly McCook) who finds out her father’s company is in trouble. She goes to her late mother’s hometown of Peppermint Hollow to sell her mother’s childhood home for the cash. Unwittingly, Molly becomes charmed by the picturesque town. Molly, a spoiled rich girl learns the value of work and community. Molly is befriended by Bee Tyler Essary ( Ree Drummond) the bakery owner, and sweet things ensue. Food Network star, Ree Drummond, has a small roll as the bakery owner.
